Terms and Conditions for Billboard Advertising Contract
This Contract (“Agreement”) is entered into by and between [Your Company Name] (“Provider”) and the Customer (“Client”) effective as of the date of acceptance. By engaging in the advertising service, Client agrees to these Terms and Conditions:


Payment and Duration
The total fee for the billboard advertising campaign is $1,500 for 1 month plus a one-time $250 setup fee, $4,200 for 3 months ($1,400 per month) plus a one-time $250 setup fee, and $7,800 for 6 months ($1,300 per month) with a $0 setup fee. Client will receive a 2% discount for paying the 3 month or 6 month option in full prior to starting campaigns. For monthly payments, client shall pay the full monthly amount prior to the start of the campaign. The campaign includes up to four (4) locations per month across our 50 Tampa Bay locations.


No Refund Policy
All payments made are final and non-refundable. Payments, including deposits, cannot be refunded once processed.


Deposit Transfer
Any deposits paid can be transferred to future advertising purchases within twelve (12) months of the original deposit date. Transfers are subject to availability and must be used within the specified period.


Artwork and Design
Client may upload their artwork for free via our designated platform. 
Provider will create one (1) free billboard graphic for the Client per month. 
Any additional designs requested by Client will incur a fee of $250 each.


Liability and Indemnity
Provider shall not be held liable for any legal issues, claims, or lawsuits arising from the artwork, content, or material displayed on the billboards. Client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Provider against any such claims.


Location and Campaign Details
The campaign includes up to four (4) locations per month within our Tampa Bay network. Placement is subject to availability and Provider’s discretion.


Cancellation Policy
If Client wishes to cancel the contract before the end of the term, a 30-day written notice is required. If such notice is given during a pay period, the Client remains liable for the upcoming payment(s) covering that period.


Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, Pasco County.


Miscellaneous
This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the parties. No modifications shall be valid unless in writing and signed by both parties.
